Welcoming 2025: Sustainable Growth Over Quick Fixes

As we step into the new year, it’s natural to think about resolutions, goals, and fresh starts. But how often do these resolutions truly last?

The truth is, sustainable growth and meaningful change are not about overnight transformations—they’re about small, consistent steps that build over time.

Change is layered and cyclical, much like a spiral. In healing, one layer reveals the next, and each step forward deepens our understanding of ourselves. While therapy can bring about significant breakthroughs, lasting change requires patience, self-compassion, and commitment. Healing patterns, shifting relational dynamics, and integrating trauma take time, but the rewards are worth it.

However you’ve entered 2025—feeling hopeful, stuck, or somewhere in between—know that support is here for you. If you’re ready to release old patterns, explore what’s been holding you back, and embrace lasting change, I’m here to walk with you on this journey.

Hi, I’m Lucy Hampson. I’m an integrative psychotherapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and meditation teacher with over 500 hours of training. I specialise in working with trauma, chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and anxious attachment. My approach is compassionate, experiential, and collaborative—and yes, it can even be fun!

I bring not only professional expertise but also my own lived experience to my work. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Through somatics, Internal Family Systems (parts work), polyvagal theory, and movement, I help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

Trauma is not a problem to fix—it’s an adaptive response to life’s challenges. Together, we can bring compassion and integration to the places you feel stuck, so you can move from survival to thriving.

This year, let’s work together to create lasting change—one step, one layer at a time.

Let’s make 2025 a year of growth, connection, and healing.

With love and compassion,

Lucy ❤️
