1. How much are your therapy fees?
Therapy fees start at $130 for telehealth sessions and for $140 in-person sessions.

2. Why are your prices set at this rate?

The pricing for my therapy services reflects the high level of care, expertise, and training I bring to each session. As a fully trained psychotherapist, I’ve undergone specialised training in trauma, and different therapeutic approaches. Additionally, my services are offered in a private and comfortable setting, ensuring that you receive personalised, high-quality support in a safe environment.

3. How long is a therapy session?

Each session lasts 50 minutes, which is optimal for ensuring a focused and effective therapeutic experience while preventing burnout for you.

4. Where is your practice located?
My practice is located at 5 Beaumaris Parade, Highett, Melbourne.

5. Can I change or cancel my booking online?

Yes, you can easily reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance. This policy allows me to provide services to others who may be in need. I understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, so if you find yourself in extenuating circumstances, please contact me directly, and I will be happy to work with you.

6. Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes, I offer telehealth sessions for clients across Australia and worldwide. For telehealth, you’ll need a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session.

7. How often are therapy sessions?
Sessions are typically held every one - two weeks with best outcomes for a minimum of 10 -12 weeks.

8. Do you offer session packs?
Yes, I offer session packs for 3, 5 or 10 sessions at a discount, allowing you to save money while committing to your therapeutic journey.

9. Do you run courses or programs?
Yes, I run regular six-week therapeutic yoga programs and other offerings. Please check the booking section on my website for the latest programs available.

10. Are you a crisis support service?

No, I am not a crisis counsellor. While I do work with individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts and deep emotional distress, I am unable to provide immediate crisis support. If you need urgent assistance, please contact Lifeline 13 11 14, Beyond Blue 1300 22 4636 or 13YARN 13 92 76 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander crisis support. For immediate mental health support, you can also reach out to your nearest hospital or in an emergency, call 000.
