Yoga

I am a therapeutic yoga teacher, specialising in supporting people living with trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic health conditions. My approach focuses on safely reconnecting with the body, fostering awareness of sensations, and exploring gentle ways to regulate the nervous system.

My aim is not to “fix” anything, but to create a safe space where you can explore your body, emotions, and inner experience with curiosity and compassion.

Trauma Yoga Program

This program is a gentle, trauma-informed space for anyone wishing to explore their body, mind, and nervous system with curiosity and care. It is suitable for people experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, stress, or overwhelm but it is open to anyone seeking a compassionate, mindful approach to movement and self-awareness. This program is about choice. You are invited to notice your body in a way that feels supportive and respectful to you. There are no expectations, and no “right” way to move. The focus is on how practices feel, rather than how they look. Trauma often shows up as tension, discomfort, or disconnection in the body. Mindful movement, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra are used in this program to support these experiences and exploring different ways of relating to yourself. Program Approach: - Choice & Agency - Compassion & Non-Judgement - Mindfulness & Presence - Embodiment - Inclusivity Everyone is warmly welcomed, regardless of gender, race, sexuality, ability, or prior experience. This program is about noticing, exploring, and responding to your experiences with gentleness and care, at a pace that feels right for you.

Welcome to your personalised one-to-one yoga program, a gentle space to explore your body, breath, and nervous system in a way that feels safe and supportive. Each session is tailored to your needs, allowing you to move at your own pace and choose what feels right for you. This program draws on mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and sound practices to help you notice sensations, tune into your body, and develop greater awareness of how your nervous system responds to stress and tension. The focus is on how these practices feel in your body, rather than on achieving any specific posture or outcome. Together, we will create a supportive space to explore movement, relaxation, and mindfulness with curiosity and compassion. This program is about walking alongside you, offering tools and practices to help you feel more present in your body, notice patterns, and gently support self-awareness, all in a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment.
