The passionate founder of Embody Counselling, Lucy is a psychotherapist and yoga, meditation & mindfulness teacher. Lucy uses a trauma-informed, humanistic, gentle, and compassionate approach to support individuals on their journey. Lucy aims to support people gain insight into their lives by cultivating an awareness of their experience and relating to themselves (heart, body & mind) through the lens of curiosity and compassion. Reconnecting them to their whole self so they can flourish and grow to live a full and embodied life despite personal challenges.

Lucy supports individuals with chronic health conditions and autoimmune diseases to better understand how unconscious psychological patterns and behaviours can influence health and illness. Lucy uses a whole-body holistic approach; some areas of focus include the relationship between trauma & illness, stress & coping, chronic illness management, self-love & compassion, and exploring the bodies wisdom and messages.
