I offer a range of mindfulness and meditation options for you and your business, from drop-in meditation sessions, full programmes, full day and half day workshops and retreats, all individually tailored to the needs of your business and employee’s. My Approach

My aim is to teach your staff the basics of mindfulness and meditation, with a strong

practical component because to learn is to do. Sessions are individually tailored to your business needs and often focus on stress reduction and relaxation.

You will have free access to recorded meditations and a range of simple learning material, tools, tips, and techniques. I will also be available via email to your staff for ongoing support during work hours for the duration any weekly programs.

I am extremely passionate about what I do, I have walked in the shoes of many people who feel burnt out and stressed. We can’t avoid stress in life, but we can learn to deal with it effectively and lead a more engaged life, incorporating a better work-life balance. After learning mindfulness and relaxation I found I had less stress in my life, was more engaged with work, and fostered better working relationships. I have an advanced certificate in teaching mindfulness and meditation, and I have experience teaching people in the corporate sector, small business and in the community.

I want to teach ordinary people that anyone can meditate, and that a few minutes a day can change lives in a simple and effective way, with lots of scientific research to support it. My life experience makes me a compassionate, open, and engaging teacher that can teach both science and practise.
